Conservative Connector is hiring a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our digital fundraising team. This position will work directly with our high profile clients on the execution of all email and texting marketing materials.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with email or text marketing, possess excellent writing and proofreading skills, and have basic knowledge of HTML. While this describes the ideal candidate, we provide all the tools necessary for anyone interested in expanding their skillset.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain reporting on deliverability, engagement, and other performance metrics
• Strictly enforce QA process for all deployments to ensure content is accurate
• Compile user data and content performance to create targeted segmentation logic to maximize future deployments
• Manage marketing emails and text campaigns on behalf of clients from start to finish
• Interact in staff meetings to improve task processes and promote team collaboration

Applicant Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines and minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree appreciated but not required
• Strong attention to detail and eye for flagging edits
• Self-starter that is organized, flexible and results-driven
• Experience with HTML and/or email service providers appreciated but not required
• Acute listening, written and verbal communication skills
