Audiobook Marketing Specialist Jobs

Onward Search is hiring an Audiobook Marketing Specialist on a 6-month, fully remote contract to potential perm basis

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and tactics for our top audiobook titles that drive consumer awareness and consumption.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to audiobook performance.
• Help to work directly with authors, narrators, and book publishers to market audiobooks. Requires a lot of admin work - organizing details, and owning project status.
• Support internal cross-functional teams in various efforts to elevate the company's audiobook catalog.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
• Prepare presentations that highlight priority audiobook titles.
• Collaborate with Rights Holders and external partners (authors and narrators) to integrate audiobooks into existing print marketing campaigns and to create usable assets for audio-lead and audio-inclusive marketing.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the book or audiobook industry
• Strong admin and PM skills
• Self-starter, can-do attitude
• Excel - sort, filter, pivot table, NOT ADVANCED FUNCTIONS
• PowerPoint for presentation builds, NOT DESIGN
• 4+ years in a marketing role at a book publisher, or comparable experience, but open for someone with 10-15 years of experience.
