Your Role: Marketing Science and Data Analyst
As a Marketing Science and Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our continued success by translating complex data into actionable insights that inform our business strategy. Your expertise in data analysis and marketing analytics will help us optimize our marketing efforts and create impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights: Unleash your analytical prowess by extracting valuable insights from various data sources, including ecommerce stores, customer behavior/reviews, website analytics, social media metrics, and marketing campaigns.
Marketing Performance Tracking: Develop systems to measure and track the success of marketing campaigns across different channels, providing actionable recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
A/B Testing and Experimentation: Drive innovation by planning and executing A/B tests and experiments, using data-driven findings to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop personalized strategies based on data insights, ensuring our messages reach the right audience.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive higher conversion rates and engagement.
Website Analytics: Monitor website traffic and user behavior, leveraging data-driven recommendations to improve the user experience and boost website conversions.
Market Research: Gain deeper insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors through thorough market research, translating findings into actionable marketing strategies.
Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in data management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and/or marketing analytics.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
Experience working with large datasets and databases.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw valuable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
