PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
The Director will lead the Operations and Seeding teams and act as the operational point of contact for the Vice President of Global Culture Marketing. The Director also collaborates with the Culture Marketing leadership and team as well as internal Brand functions such as Business Units, Head Offices, Product Marketing, and Communications to identify, organize, and execute the functional priorities, operations, and product seeding as well as lead/develop milestones, projects, and processes related to the Global Culture Marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
Seeding
Creates framework, process and prioritization for product seeding and placement of Culture Marketing brand partner network.
Collaborates with Brand Partnerships, Global Communications, and Global Business Units regarding seasonal plans.
Leads/manages process for product ordering, tracking and delivery.
Creation of handover process and recap documents.
Collaborates with teams in global markets/cities for handovers and execution.
Operations
Organization and project management of functional priorities.
Planning and organization of team milestones/meetings, townhalls and newsletters.
Organization/tracking of budgets, marketing spends, and contracts.
Invoicing and payments related to marketing spends.
Research and prepare presentations/documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Support VP in the seasonal/ yearly strategic planning process and creation of corresponding presentation/documents.
Support VP on people management topics in close cooperation with HR
Develop and manage internal team building, off-sites and team culture events
Team management/interaction
Manage Seeding team who leads Global Culture Marketing seeding work streams, processes, and execution
Manage Operations team who leads functional processes, milestones, and organization as well as creation of internal/external facing documents
Daily collaboration with senior leadership of Global Culture Marketing
Daily operational key contact and direct report of VP, Global Culture Marketing
Consistent collaboration with Head Office in Global Business Units, global functions, and markets

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree required or combination of education and equivalent experience7+ years of experience in a Operations, Administration, Marketing/Marketing Ops or related role covering processes/operations, project management, and/or organization/planning.
