About The Role


We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join the Growth Marketing and Merchandising team. The Marketing Coordinator will help streamline team processes, communications, vendor management, organize team events and key initiatives, and manage a variety of marketing assets and resources, as well as provide administrative support for the VP of Marketing & Merchandising. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication and prioritization skills, along with the ability to operate with high accuracy and urgency in a rapidly changing environment.


For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $56,000 and $153,000 annually.


Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Support team engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition program
  • Assist with team onboarding, hiring, needs/concerns and help process to solutions
  • Provide administrative support to VP of Growth Marketing and Merchandising, including, but not limited to calendar and contact management, travel booking, expense reconciliation and cross-functional logistical project support
  • Proactively identify areas for team/VP operational improvement or efficiencies
  • Liaise with external partners, managing vendor documentation and invoice processing
  • Create marketing presentations, draft and prepare correspondence as needed
  • Adherence to sensitive timelines, deadlines, and confidential materials
  • Assemble large meetings with agendas, invites, conference rooms, organizing catering services and audio-visual needs, meeting materials, and recap/distribute meeting notes/outcomes
  • Own the planning and execution of key team initiatives, team meetings, and events, working cross-functionally with Workplace Services as needed


We're excited if you have


  • Strong project management skills, obsessive attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently, but aware of when/how to ask for assistance
  • Experience with Airtable, Confluence, and Jira, a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
  • A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in an administrative or professional role
  • Demonstrated strength in Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Skilled communicator with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communications; comfortable and confident communicating with leadership-level colleagues
