Key responsibilities

• Establish that the CRM plan is executed promptly and within budget
• Allot clear communications to the customer that are pertinent to their needs and life stage
• Handle weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
• Steer more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
• Cultivate, suggest, forge, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; plus spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions
• Set up take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
• Support product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to advance the customer journey & experience
• Head a strong team of digital specialists and manage the digital strategy

Requirements

• Well-versed in vendor management
• Integrated Marketing Campaigns experience
• Strong knowledge in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
• Less than one year of experience is acceptable
• A fair mix of skill, management experience and initiative
• Understanding of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
• Exposure to frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
• Skillful multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
• Previous experience in management
• High-profile credentials in growing digital brands with strong ROI
• Digital Marketing experience
• Deep understanding of market analysis
• Google Analytics experience
