Marketing & Events, Account Manager

The Ase Group LLC is hiring apart-time Marketing & Events, Account Manager. This a remote-first, contract-based hourly position (with sales commission opportunities) This is a hybrid role with preference to candidates in the Pacific time zone and may require travel for events.

We’re looking for someone with a collaborative attitude and entrepreneurial spirit to support The Ase Group’s operations/development. This position is hands-on and works with The Ase Group’s business portfolio and its clients on marketing, communications, and event projects.

What you would work on in your day-to-day:

• Coordinate in-person and virtual event logistics
• Create and manage content and copy for lead generation
• Assist with and/or lead event programming and digital marketing to engage audiences
• Gather information for event planning (venues, vendors, speakers, etc.)
• Meet with clients to develop marketing and events strategy and share updates/ideas
• Format PowerPoint presentations with speakers (as needed)
• Support partnership development and outreach, event budget, invoice, timeline and vendor management
• Work with founder and larger team to prepare and execute marketing strategies and event planning
• Build strong team relationships, through regular communication and consistent feedback loop

Qualifications:

• Not required but nice to have or at least interested in— SEO, paid ads, holistic health
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), Canva, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok)
• Interest in or proven record of copywriting/editing, lead generation, content creation, business and partnership development, presentation design, sponsorship acquisition, and market research
• At least 4 years of marketing, communications and/or event planning experience
