Position OverviewAs a Field Marketing Manager, you have the exciting opportunity to help drive growth throughout the TITLE Boxing Club network by helping our Franchise Partners (FPs) implement and properly execute their local and digital lead-generation strategies. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a background in fitness who has demonstrated experience generating leads for their club/studio. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of data entered into ClubReady for proper tracking and processes: leads, referral types, etc.
  • Analyze FP Club performance related to lead generation and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide Digital Partners with the brand’s monthly plays and quarterly ads
  • Assist FPs with the lead management process and ensure their proper follow-up is being done for the lead generation process
  • Ensure FPs are in compliance with monthly digital spend
  • Conduct ongoing virtual and in-person training on lead generation best practices
  • Assist with managing Digital Partners through monthly meetings and reporting
  • Assist with compiling system-wide comprehensive monthly reporting for digital leads received through our Digital Partners
  • Continuously conduct market research across other boutique fitness brands in relation to lead generation, including tracking and analyzing pricing and promotions
  • Develop a TITLE Boxing Club Ambassador program for FPs
  • Work with FPs to ensure they are executing lead generation plays
Qualifications
  • Boxing experience is a bonus
  • While this position will not have direct reports, experience managing others and/or managing relationships is required
  • Experience managing vendors
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Comfortable using Excel and reporting data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in boutique fitness is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in fitness lead generation and/or fitness operations
  • Experience in a franchise setting is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation best practices
  • A passion for fitness is required
