Marketing Communications Specialist (Remote)

Compensation Range: $34.18 - 38.66 per hour

Cella is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Communications Specialist to join our client's dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing communications strategies that effectively communicate the value of their products and services to their target audience.
Responsibilities:

• Create executive social communications strategy, editorial calendar, and content to enhance the brand in the partner community and marketplace.
• Leverage communication vehicles to drive partner adoption of corporate messaging and programs.
• Revise, update and distribute fortnightly internal newsletter.
• Work within corporate guidelines to create content to bolster to-partner digital and social communications.
• Support to- and through-partner marketing initiatives with communications.
• Leverage communication vehicles to drive partner adoption of channel tools, programs, and campaigns.
• Ensure to-partner messaging is consistent, engaging and on brand.
• Use data to modify marketing communications strategy as appropriate.
• Create and execute communications plans and content.
• Special projects in support of team initiatives as assigned.
• Additional communications responsibilities in support of to-partner marketing as assigned.
• Work cross functionally with corporate communications, programs, campaigns, channel sales and others.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year B2B software marketing experience-preferably a minimum of two years channel/partner marketing experience.
• Strong relationship skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team with remote colleagues and partners.
• Content development experience (blogs, articles, presentations, web copy).
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role.
