Position Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing Pardot drip campaigns, regular email campaigns and other strategic communication directed at our ICP within our focus verticals. This person will develop and align messaging and cadence of the Business Development prospecting tool, Outreach, with Pardot campaigns and will assume oversight of both tools.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for Google ad campaigns, keyword research, determining monthly spend, guiding the marketing team in optimizing ads to improve impression rates, click-through rates, and providing extensive, timely reporting on analytics and KPIs. This person will also be responsible for SEO optimization of the company website and coordinating SEO projects through the marketing team.
The Digital Marketing Specialist must have superior organizational skills, excellent multi-tasking skills, superb interpersonal skills, and be creative. The exceptional Digital Marketing Specialist should deliver a remarkable brand experience for our prospects, partners, and clients to reinforce client-to-business relations, enhance our organization's image, and aid business growth. This person must be able to work in a dynamic environment where priorities often shift based on company or client need.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analysis of PPC strategy and performance
• Google Ad Campaign development
• Building and delivering reports and dashboards from analytics and KPIs
• Proactive willingness to support any other aspect of department marketing efforts as required
• Keyword and market research
• Google Ad Campaign maintenance and optimization
• Creating, managing and oversight of strategic campaigns with Business Development marketing tool (Outreach)
• Creating, managing and oversight of strategic campaigns with marketing automation tool (Pardot)
• Ad copywriting
• Develop and maintain Social Media content, ad campaigns, post boosting
• Strategically identify sources for vertical and ICP targeted ad campaigns
• Content creation through collaboration with subject matter experts
• Managing a defined monthly budget for Google ad spend
• Ad hoc data extraction and on-demand reporting of all digital analytics
• Design targeted ad campaigns and manage spend based on ad performance

Ideal Skills, Experience, Competencies and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated competency in Geofencing and Geotargeting a must
• 2+ years of experience in WordPress
• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing related field or equivalent experience
• Willingness and ability to work in a controlled, confidential environment
• Proven experience in high-volume, high-quality lead generation required
• Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics 4
• Outstanding communication and multitasking skills
• Experience with Outreach marketing tool a plus
• Outstanding organization skills, attention to detail a must
• Outstanding decision-making ability and uncompromising ethics
• 3+ years of experience in Pardot (or similar marketing automation software such as HubSpot)
• Design experience in HTML required; HTML5 ad development a plus
• 3+ years of digital ad campaign design, development & management

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, education, and skills. The average annual base salary range for this position across our locations is: $60,00- $80,000.
