: Unpaid Social Media Marketing Intern (Part-Time)

Position Summary:

The Unpaid Social Media Marketing Intern will assist our recruiting agency with social media marketing initiatives to enhance our online presence and attract potential candidates. This internship opportunity is part-time and unpaid, offering valuable hands-on experience in the field of social media marketing within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. This content may include job postings, company updates, industry news, and other relevant information.
2. Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms. Research competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Education: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
2. Strong Written Communication Skills: Proficient in crafting compelling and error-free written content for social media platforms.
3. Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: Familiarity with major social media platforms and their functionalities, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
4. Creativity and Visual Eye: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for social media content. Basic graphic design skills and experience with content creation tools are a plus.
