As a growing company, we are seeking a motivated and talented Marketing / Administration Specialist to join our team and help us expand our market presence. This is a full-time position based at our company headquarters. The compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
Job Summary:
TheMarketing / Administration Specialistwill play a crucial role from being the first contact with potential customers, processing an awarded project, follow communication on the project through completion. Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our painting and carpentry services which requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring the smooth functioning of marketing operations along with assisting and supporting with the daily admin needs throughout the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning / Campaign Management:
- Work with Marketing Director to prepare yearly budget.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze, and track data, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competition, and industry trends.
- Assist and coordinate with digital marketing specialist on various tradeshows, emails, flyers etc.
- Get promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventory stock, placing and monitoring orders.
- Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings, trade shows, maintains databases and reports.
- Assist in setting marketing goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Administration Duties:
- Maintain up to date archives of job and marketing files
- Prepare customer and job folders.
- Research potential new programs to assist in Company’s growth.
- Carry out other related tasks as required.
- Answer telephone, update estimating program with potential customer data.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, Google Analytics, CRM systems, Canva, Google
- Experience in Marketing & Administration: 4 years (Preferred)
- Suite, One Drive, Microsoft Suite, Photoshop Lightroom, Illustrator, Asana (or some type of management system)
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
