Overview A Systems Administration Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of computer systems and networks. They are responsible for ensuring that the systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and that all users have access to the necessary resources. Detailed Job Description A Systems Administration Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of computer systems and networks. This includes setting up and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing technical support to users. They must also ensure that the systems are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, they may be responsible for developing and implementing system upgrades and patches, as well as providing training and support to users. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer systems and networks

• Ability to install and configure hardware and software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with computer systems and networks
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
