Overview Contract Administration Specialists are responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and providing support to the contracting process. They are responsible for ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, and that all parties involved in the contract are aware of their obligations. They must be able to interpret and analyze contracts, and provide advice and guidance to the contracting parties. They must also be able to identify and resolve any contractual issues that may arise. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in contract administration
• Professional certification in contract administration (e.g. Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM))

• Knowledge of contract negotiation and drafting
• Knowledge of contract management software
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in contract administration
