The Benefits Specialist supports our employee benefit and retirement administration model, along with various regulatory and compliance functions. This expert will demonstrate knowledge of our plans and programs and deliver excellent service to our employees. Assisting employees by advising and assisting with interpretations and applications of benefits is a great opportunity to share your expertise and ensure employees understand and make informed decisions. Maintaining a thorough understanding of employer State and Federal leave laws, including FMLA, ADA, NY Paid Family Leave, and NY Paid Sick Leave is also important in this role.


The successful candidate will possess a minimum of an associate degree and experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and UKG. Three years of experience in Benefits, Human Resources, and Leaves of Absence is preferred. Must provide top notch customer service.
