Job Title: Omni National Account Manager – Ulta

This role is responsible for supporting and managing the Ulta account for NYX Professional Makeup. The Omni National Account Manager will report into the Assistant Vice President of Ulta as well as work alongside the cross-functional sales, marketing, digital, supply, category and finance teams on key projects. This will include responsibility for the in-store permanent merchandising & planograms, financial contracts, APEX as well as return & markdown tracking, loyalty management and retailer media including paid search.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Manage execution of the permanent merchandising strategy for all reset seasons in close partnership with the category management team & marketing prioritizing brand expression and productivity goals
• Build loyalty plan, partner to integrate into account promotional plan and report back on results
• Manage account APEX inputs including proof of activity and performance as well as monthly retailer contract signing and management
• Manage the media plan, including briefing internal teams, executing with media partners, optimizing, and reporting back on results
• Achieve sales objectives through profitable omni channel growth
• Stay abreast of relevant new technologies and opportunities in the digital/media space to be the #1 choice with the retailer for new media test & learns
• Build and submit accurate forecasts for returns, testers and markdown expenses with L’Oreal For The Future and sustainability initiatives embedded into the strategy
• Develop best in class cross-functional partnerships both internally and externally to advance business opportunities within the account including relationships with the account buying team, planners, marketing & digital teams
• Partner with BBD and rest of account team on the add/delete process ensuring it aligns with broader omni account strategy and is consumer centric

Estimated Salary: 90-115k base salary + bonus
