National Sales Manager, Uber Health

What You'll Do

• Provide vision and leadership for a team of healthcare sellers, striving to exceed team and individual quotas. Your primary role is force multiplier.
• Build, maintain, and evolve forecasting process, aiming for continuous predictability and accuracy
• Conduct executive meetings, demonstrations, and sales calls as needed
• Manage up optimally; represent the Uber Health sales team internally as a polished, proactive, knowledgeable, accountable, and high integrity leader
• Strategically partner with account management, implementation, strategy, operations, and broader Uber for Business to enhance team impact
• Ability to toggle between player and coach. Lead by example. Unwavering sense of urgency in all that you do
• Enable and conduct strategic sales development activities, ex. Sprints or Blitzes while maintaining focus on long term goals
• Proactive iteration is vital
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, problem solving, and high standards
• Perform quantitative data analysis, deep practical insights, modeling, and analysis to develop strategy, identify critical metrics, create playbooks, and ensure each seller is pacing towards their goals incrementally.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Verifiable track record of driving teams to exceed quotas
• Effectively lead teams in both transactional and enterprise sales environments
• Has delivered results within a matrix organization where limited resources were shared across multiple business units
• Expert level data analysis skills with excel
• 3+ years of healthcare sales experience, minimum 2 years in leadership
• Ability to effectively assimilate, present, and surface insights from sophisticated data sets as slides and voiceover
• Evidence of building process from ambiguity and constantly iterating process for greater impact
• Demonstrable understanding of healthcare economics, value based care, and healthcare payment models
• Has lead virtual teams
• Highly adept at Salesforce reporting, data analysis, and process improvement
