The National Retail Account Coordinator will support all National Retail Accounts, including but not limited to Ulta Beauty, Ulta Beauty @ Target, Sephora US, Sephora Canada and Sephora @ Kohl’s in various functions of the business. Responsible for keen organization, file maintenance and flawless and on-time execution. Possesses a strong business acumen and takes initiative to meet and exceed the needs of the business. The Account Coordinator will report into the Associate Director of Retail Sales with a dotted line to the Senior Manager of Retail Sales. Works closely with Retail Marketing and other cross-functional teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting for manager analysis; assist in formatting for executive team review
  • Own internal and external recurring meeting cadence, invites, agendas and recapping
  • Responsible for other projects as deemed necessary
  • Manage retail product assortments and updates for core, limited life and digital; manage external assortment files and submission
  • Manage competitive library to perform research and present to internal teams to highlight opportunities and shifts within the beauty retailer environments
  • Responsible for initiating, executing and tracking all product shipments
  • Manage retailer dotcom brand presence, including sku information, copy and assets
  • Lead new product setup process internally and externally, ensuring flawless and on-time execution
  • Oversee execution of retailer specific programs in partnership with Retail Marketing and other cross-functional teams
  • Maintain all internal calendars, trackers and like-files consistently for activations, promotions and exposures in-store and online
  • Oversee execution and manage deadlines and due dates of retailer assets, promotions, merchandising, promotional calendar for timely deliver to key accounts


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Position requires minimum of 1-2 years experience in the beauty/ retailer, online marketing /ecommerce area.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry!
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across groups
  • Capacity to think "outside of the box", test & learn state of mind, prioritizing initiatives with high ROI
  • Proficient in Excel with a strong ability to manage and analyze data
  • Experience with retailer and ecommerce best practices preferred
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Positive go-getter attitude
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Strong business acumen & business writing skills, including PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task/prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative and able to be flexible when needed

This position is based in our El Segundo, CA headquarters, which is currently 40% hybrid onsite/remote work.


The expected base salary for this position is $63,000 to $75,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
