The Sourcing Specialist Manager will provide training and mentorship to the sourcing and recruitment teams to improve their sourcing skills and techniques, track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make adjustments as needed. The Sourcing Specialist Manager will stay informed of industry trends and opportunities for sourcing top talent. Additionally, they will use social media to promote open positions and attract potential candidates, create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract top talent, and measure the effectiveness of social media recruiting efforts.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Clinical Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will have experience to support these key areas:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies:

• Research and identify new sources of passive job candidates
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract passive candidates
• Utilize recruiting and sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent

Collaborate with recruiters, leadership and recruitment marketing firm:

• Work closely with the team to understand the specific needs of open positions
• Collaborate with leadership and recruitment marketing firm to ensure recruiting efforts align with overall company strategy
• Continuously gather feedback to improve and refine recruiting efforts

Provide training and mentorship to the recruiting team:

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching to team members to improve their performance
• Continuously monitor the performance of the recruiting team and provide feedback and guidance as needed
• Develop and deliver training programs to improve the sourcing skills and techniques of the recruiting team

Track and analyze sourcing metrics:

• Track key metrics such as candidate response rate, conversion rate, and time-to-fill to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed
• Regularly report on sourcing metrics to leadership

Maintain relationships with key industry contacts and professional networks:

• Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and professional networks to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities
• Attend relevant industry events and conferences to network and identify potential candidates

Utilize social media for sourcing, branding and job promotion:

• Manage the company's social media accounts to promote open positions and attract potential candidates
• Utilize social media to research and identify potential candidates and engage with them
• Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract top talent
• Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media recruiting efforts and make adjustments as needed.

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be located in the Franklin/Nashville area and be able to work a hybrid schedule. A bachelor's degree is required, as well as previous experience in sourcing or account management within the recruiting field.
