THE OPPORTUNITY

The Manager of Corporate Support is responsible for overseeing all desktop support and audio visual activities across our organization. The manager lead a team of support professionals across two corporate locations in Newport Beach, CA and Columbus, OH and will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and audio visual equipment while aligning with Chipotle's business goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In addition to following Chipotle's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure that audio visual equipment is operational and well-maintained, providing technical assistance to end-users as required.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and technical guides, to ensure effective use of desktop and audio visual equipment.
• Maintain asset inventory for desktop and audio visual equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Develop and implement audio visual policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize service delivery.
• Lead and manage the Corporate Support team, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals for laptops, and mobile devices.
• Continuously improve desktop and audio visual support services, incorporating feedback from end-users and leveraging emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of equipment and services.
• Develop and implement desktop support policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain desktop and audio visual systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Manage ticket queues and ensure timely and accurate resolution of desktop support issues.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio visual equipment, including projectors, displays, video conferencing systems, and sound systems.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Proven experience in managing Desktop Support and Audio Visual teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, AVIXA) are a plus.
• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience.)
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with desktop support and audio visual technologies and equipment, including Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office, video conferencing systems, and audio systems.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $94,000 to $129,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
