We’re growing our teams and business in our newly acquired manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma. This former pet treats factory, bordering Kansas and Missouri–sitting just over an hour away from Tulsa, OK and Springfield, MO–was selected for its current and future pet treats production capabilities and shared commitment to quality and safety. We’re bringing industry-leading knowledge and experience to this venture as we expand our in-house capabilities for dog and cat treat innovation and production. Are you up for the challenge?
The physical location for this position will be at our Miami, OK facility.
As the Senior Information Technology Specialist, you will maintain reliability and functionality of in-house (factory floor and administrative) computer hardware and software systems. You will be responsible for the coordination of deployment, installation, upgrade, and de-installation of desktop hardware and software. You’ll provide plant floor systems related support while resolving user’s requests related to computer hardware and software issues.
- Maintain audit record of Plant hardware/software and software licensing
- Develop, document and maintain necessary in-house information and non-plant floor data collection systems
- Contribute analytical and technical expertise regarding in-house computer related hardware and plant/business information technology
- Install, configure, performance tune, administer and troubleshoot all in-house computer related hardware and software
- Promote cost effective, high-performance computer technology that will provide continuous improvement to in-house productivity and efficiency
- Respond to user’s requests for new and enhanced information technology using sound business judgment
- Comply with company data backup, disaster recovery, software licensing, security and authorization policies
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent AND 5+ years' experience working in information systems/information technology
OR
- 2-year Technical Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field AND 3+ years' experience working in information systems/information technology
