Primary Function:
Manages, plans, coordinates, and administers the daily operations of the District's Camp Pendleton Education Site, including the provision of student, instructional, and other educational support services; represents the College and serves as a liaison between the Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base and Palomar College.
Salary: $8,626.42 [step 1] - $10,510.53 [step 5]. Step placement may be negotiable dependent upon education and experience. Administrators that possess earned doctorates from accredited institutions are awarded an annual stipend of $1,702.84.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, you must meet and provide evidence of the following minimum qualifications:
Experience: Five years of experience in managing instructional and/or student support services in an educational setting, including one year of supervisory experience.
AND
Education: A bachelors degree in education, business, public administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
NOTE:
For work experience, a "year" is defined as equivalent to 40 hours per week for 12 months.
If the position requires supervisory experience, the experience must be at a professional level (i.e. evaluation and/or discipline of staff).
Transcripts must be included to receive credit for education and/or to substitute education in lieu of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree = 4 years of experience). Only coursework completed at, and degrees awarded by, accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education will be considered as satisfying the minimum qualifications.
