Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Warehouse Manager at Frazer reports to the Vice President of Operations, and is responsible for overseeing the essential functions of the distribution warehouse including receiving and stowing, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation. This role will also ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the primary goal by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees along with establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.

$alary

Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start at $82,000 annually depending on education, certifications, and experience.

Work Schedule

The Warehouse Manager will work Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM. Shift hours subject to change based on needs of the business. Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed.

The Role:

As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. Your expertise and leadership will be key in maximizing efficiency, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products. Here's what you can expect:

• Conduct daily huddles, track performance metrics, and resolve material issues to support department managers and supervisors.
• Be proficient in operating a forklift, stock picker, and computer systems in order to lead by example, train, and fill in for employees as needed to perform warehouse operations.
• Maintain punctuality, attend meetings, and prioritize safety and housekeeping practices.
• Develop warehouse operations systems, including product handling, storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
• Monitor and update warehouse dashboards, verify employee attendance, and approve timesheets and attendance requests.
• Enhance inventory control and accounting accuracy through training and managing employees in various warehouse processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Manage employees and prioritize warehouse tasks to improve on-time delivery of parts, service repair orders, and production line efficiency.
• Drive hiring, promotions, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with managers and HR.
• Implement, monitor, and report on relevant Key Performance Indicators to demonstrate improvements for Frazer and to monitor the performance of each team member.
• Ensure teams have necessary resources, address customer concerns, and implement process improvements.
• Lead the annual physical inventory process and actively resolve obstacles to meet production goals.

Required Education and Experience:

• Clean driving record and ability to be added to the company insurance.
• Certifications and experience with forklift trucks and stock pickers.
• At least 3+ years experience in a leadership role leading teams of 5 or more.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment .
• High School Education Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, or similar certification preferred.
• Some university studies preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma / Manufacturing training.
• At least two years of previous experience managing employee time and attendance.
• Completion of Safety Classes (OSHA 10 or OSHA 40 class or equivalent).
