Education Manager

The Education Manager will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our workforce.
Key Job Responsibilities
You'll be a part of our growing Human Resources team to help create and deliver compelling training sessions that support our business expansion and showcase US Med-Equip as an employer and partner of choice. The Education Manager will develop, monitor, and deliver training in collaboration with the Communications and other teams as part of the Human Resources department.
A day in the life
- Training Program Development: Collaborate with department leads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create comprehensive training programs for all functional departments of the organization to include operations, sales, administrative, technical support and other departments.
- Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, making necessary improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, training manuals, videos, and other relevant resources to support the learning objectives.
- Curriculum Management: Maintain and update training curriculum, keeping it aligned with industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in training and education, applying relevant advancements to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training program across departments, facilitating knowledge sharing and consistency. The Education Manager will be supported by all department heads to be utilized as a resource for the creation of content.
- Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops and seminars, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development among employees.
- Training Administration: Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant registrations, training venues, and necessary equipment or materials.

Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, training methodologies, and evaluation techniques
- Strong instructional design and content development skills with the ability to create engaging and impactful materials.
- An ability to work independently and be resourceful
- Proven experience as an Education Manager, Training Manager, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
- A bachelor's degree in education, training, HR, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing and administering learning management systems (LMS)
- Proven flexibility and adaptability with a positive disposition to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software such as Microsoft Suite.
- Forward-thinking, action-oriented mindset
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, capable of delivering training sessions to diverse groups of employees, in person and virtually
