Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels at the location, ensuring that materials to complete orders are on hand, and sending replenishment orders to the main manufacturing location.
• Takes product and service order information and determines charges based on a pre-determined pricing and discount structure.
• P&L management for the location, responsibility for measuring performance to an annual budget.
• Ensures that our installations and repairs are done to the highest quality standards.

Other Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities Required

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to speak, write and read English fluently.
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading a production, installation, or manufacturing team required.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be able to multi-task and function effectively in varied work environments.
• Proven and verifiable ability to build teams and achieve goals by leading and motivating others required.
• Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
• P&L management is required.
