One (1) year of sales, marketing, or product management experience

Collaborate with Account Management teams and present regional market intelligence to key internal stakeholders within ARS.

Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure best-in-class service and order management to Eaton’s largest retail customers

No relocation is being offered for this role.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the electrical industry

Minimum of four (4) years of sales experience in the retail manufacturing industry

c) Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation preferably in Fashion Management

Ensuring return process is managed effectively

Effectively manage incoming stock shipments & inwards

a) Overall Experience: 2-3 years of experience, preferably with considerable exposure to Retail/ Apparel/ Lifestyle/ Luxury

b) Industry Experience: Retail / Apparel/ Lifestyle/ Luxury

Implementing efficient stock replenishment processes & maintaining accurate inventory records

Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory / management position.

Strong organization and time management skills; works efficiently.

Obtains reports from mortgage software and core computer systems and evaluates for efficiencies and mortgage flow management.

Reviews all investor’s guideline updates and disseminates information to management and staff.

Supervises all secondary marketing activities and staff, including daily pricing, lock management, reporting, investor relationships and profitability.

Demonstrable experience training staff on loan programs and offerings.

Strong communication skills required to interact with store management and direct reports

Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with all levels of account management (Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart)

Must be able to manage critical timelines such as Resets, Seed Re-labeling and special projects

1-2 years of Retail Merchandising experience preferred

Retail Merchandising experience in a seasonal category is a plus

Prior experience with maintaining customer relationships is preferred

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience at a management administrative level with an emphasis on employee relations and talent management.

Demonstrated management and leadership skills in a high growth environment are preferred.

Operations management experience to include production oversight and accountability.

Partner with Operations Managers to ensure Retail Management is successfully executing bookkeeping and inventory processes.

Assist w/ Planning & Project Management of new treats store openings

Mentor, coach and train retail management to promote entrepreneurial culture of Kith

Manage systems related to Point of Sale (POS), internal communications and human resource platforms

Manage Service Manager to ensure store tour and maintenance programming is well executed

Responsible for administrative processes related to hiring, training and personnel development

Enhancing the Ulta Beauty brand through “wow” guest experiences, promoting the Ulta Beauty loyalty and guest service programs

Strong collaboration, organizational and prioritization skills

Championing and modeling the Ulta Beauty mission, vision and values

Prioritizing and executing product and marketing resets, pricing updates, inventory related tasks along with replenishment

Establishing strong vendor partnerships that are mutually beneficial in delivering shipment and planogram expectations
