Overview

As a high growth and dynamic business, Cirkul continues to expand into new retailers, and needs to continue to develop our operational growth and experience to deliver a successful experience with our new and existing Retail Partners. This role will be focused on onboarding new Retailers, and managing the day to day transactional of existing Retailers to ensure we deliver On Time and In Full product experiences for our Retail Partners, as well as, project planning for new customer launches. This position requires strong understanding of the Retail environment and working cross-functionally internally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Logistics to ensure we maintain our high level of performance.

Responsibilities

• Align with Production Planning to ensure all Customer Demand is fulfilled and proper product stocking levels
• Understanding and implementation with other departments on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Freight Routings, and Packaging / Palletizing requirements
• Manage Cirkul Performance to Retailer Scorecards and manage Compliance and Chargebacks disputes and corrections
• Partner with Production and Retail packaging to plan new product/customer launches and prepack shipments.
• Manage Daily oversight of Retail Customer On Time / In Full Shipments and processing
• Partner with Supply Chain on procurement and delivery of New and Existing products, in addition to new Feature Promotions and Displays

Qualifications

• 3+ years manager experience
• Willing to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience
• Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Relevant 4 Year Degree
• Strong technical skills and understanding (ERP, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc)
• Experience in consumer product retailers and operational requirements / execution
