Retail Operations Manager Jobs

Responsible for maintaining the overall efficiency and effectiveness and administration of the inventory and warehouse operations. Responsible for completion and accuracy of warehouse documents. Assists with or is the manager on duty for the stores as applicable. Is a leader in the store to ensure that the compliance of safety initiatives are followed and ensures that company policies and procedures are followed. Holds staff accountable for achieving superior customer service both to our internal customers (Kane’s employees) as well as our buying customers.

Leadership experience within a Furniture or Big Box retailer

Experienced leading a commissioned sales team

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines

Recruiting and interviewing skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to train, lead, motivate teams to exceed expectations
