Description :

This scope of work is for providing user support, and to maintain and develop user-support documents in supporting the client.

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

Project Manager:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role

Project management and leadership experience

Ability to analyze and improve operational processes

Strong people management and organizational skills.

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the Project Manager perform the following:

Interact with the client team to address issues as directed by the client .

Coordinate with the client personnel to develop processes, procedures, and materials as directed by the Client.

Create and update as necessary a standard operation procedures handbook and/or other systems as directed by the client .

Compile weekly reports and submit to the client as directed.

Oversee assigned projects timeline to ensure all deadlines are met as directed by the client .

Develop any mandated and ad hoc reports as requested by the client .

Conduct inquiries via phone call utilizing the client Questionnaire as directed.

Review, approve and forward Warning Letters as necessary to the client as directed.

Review, approve and forward Notice of Violation letters to the client as directed.

Hold weekly meetings with the Client to check on status of pending cases, Warning Letters and Notice of Violations as directed.

Conduct follow-up communication activities as needed.

Conduct research online for potential violations as directed by the the client .

Perform additional duties as assigned by the client

Note :

Telework may be considered as long as the Project Manager resides within Client or immediate surrounding Client within the Client.

Adhere to the Client’s published Client holiday schedule.

Additional after-hours and weekend work may be required.

Requests for time off or schedule variance must be approved by the Client per established process.

Requests for time off more than 40 hours at a time may be denied.

4 days per week at onsite .
