Legal Operations Analyst Jobs

Elevate is recruiting a Legal Operations Analyst to support the operations team supporting the administrative processing needs of our customers. Through your collaboration and partnership with the team in support of our customers, you will understand customer needs and preferences to anticipate and exceed their expectations.

Specifically, you will

• Interface with customer systems and custodians to ensure compliance with orders and gather discovery responses.
• Assist with reporting, gathering metrics, and process improvement.
• Become proficient on the customer's technology and platforms/applications.
• Interface with broader team.
• Review court orders and discovery requests.
• Communicate with counsel.
• Follow processes/playbooks re: handling of the same.
• Handle high volume employment matters by collecting critical data through various customer systems.

Experience

• 2 years’ experience in U.S. litigation.
• Experience in labor and employment law.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience using technology in an area that is highly processed; preferably including experience handling subpoena responses and/or employment charges/demands/action requests.

• Strong communication skills - able to professionally interface with customers and litigants' counsel and able to communicate issues directly to the internal manager rather than the customer.

• Team player - able to jump in as needed to assist other team members.
• Able to work with remote team members using technology (video calls, emails/teams chats).
• Interested in working in a fast-paced environment with a company doing innovative things in the legal space.
• Flexible and open to learning new areas as needed.

Technical Skills

• Experience with web-based applications.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent Experience with Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus.

Compensation

• The pay rate for this remote-based contract role is $55,000-80,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location.
