Job Description

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Legal Digital Operations Analyst through 08/17/2023 at 11:59 p.m.

The Law Function is looking for a Legal Digital Operations Analyst who will work as part of the Digital Operations team in Law. The Digital Operations team is responsible for ensuring the quality deployment enterprise digital initiatives, advancing digital fluency in the Law Function, and supporting legal operations. The Digital Operations team supports and reports to the Law Function. The Digital Ops team also partners closely with the Law Digital Platform in key digital areas.

This role reports to the Digital Fluency and Operations Team Lead. The role and the work will be fluid and the candidate must be comfortable working with changing priorities and navigating ambiguity.

Location

Houston, TX or San Ramon, CA.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Enterprise digital initiatives including training, hands on support, and managing incoming ticket queues related to these initiatives (ex: Modern desktop, O drive decom, autodelete, etc)
  • Legal functional operations of key Law anchor applications including training and managing functional support ticket queues
  • Digital fluency across Law including leading and assisting productivity programs, leading and facilitating digital fluency meetings, training, digital tips, and engaging all roles within the Law Function

Required Qualifications:

  • Agile methodologies
  • Legal industry experience
  • Managing and completing requests from intake portal
  • Agile mindset
  • Ability to assess and optimize business processes
  • Ability to evaluate technologies to optimize existing processes
  • 5 years of experience supporting digital solutions for a law firm or corporate law group
  • Fluent with O365 suite of tools
  • Providing training and creating training materials
  • Working directly with end users
  • Self-motivated

Relocation will not be considered.

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,400– $168,400. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
