Learning & Performance Specialist Jobs

Aetna, a CVS Health company is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our training delivery team. The Learning & Performance Specialist is responsible for the management of all agent training programs. The role will utilize a variety of educational and systematic instructional design methodology to design and develop state-of-the-art training tools and programs for agents. The role will also be responsible for assessing and reporting on the effectiveness of all training programs. Learning & Performance Specialist will define, refine, and ensure agent readiness as it pertains to training.



Job Responsibilities:

• Work across HealthSpire business units to develop and coordinate agent training programs.
• Collect feedback from trainees and sales management on training effectiveness
• Conduct and oversee continuous training programs including new / existing products and specific channel’s campaign nuances.
• Coordinates with Sales management and peers to provide additional resources as needed.
• Utilize organizational key performance indicators to identify coaching opportunities for existing agents to drive sales performance.
• Supports with the day-to-day maintenance and operations of assigned business unit.
• Responsible for leading all agent trainings through individual, group and web-based resources.
• Correlate with onboarding team to conduct new agent trainings and evaluate results for overall process monitoring.
• Develop, oversee, maintain, and optimize training programs to include new agent training, product knowledge milestones, technology and systems guides, portfolio sales process, lead generation approach, quality & assurance programs as well as compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Expert level understanding of products, services, and processes offered by the organization.
• Expert level understanding of systems and programs utilized by the organization.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,600
Maximum: 83,400

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Medicare products
• 4-year college degree
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Adaptable to high pressure, achievement-oriented environment
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in Medicare call center, Telesales procedures and agent training (Preferred)
• Self-starter with positive attitude and ability to multi-task
• Understanding of state, federal, and carrier guidelines for Medicare Sales.
• Drive to build and support an effective agent training program
• High level of computer proficiency including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office package
• Excellent communication and listening skills
