Job Summary:
This position is pivotal in helping to onboard and train patient facing roles for hospital and clinic care. As we enter the busiest season, this position is needed to support learners at the training center to ensure that they complete training in a timely manner, as well as support other major learning initiatives. This includes an increase in GME, Nurse Residents and those in a Care Partner role. This position supports the execution of learning and engagement programs with occasional guidance by ensuring proper and complete data and information prior to the event. Responsible for data analysis, reporting and metrics to assess critical outcomes. Generates reports and present learning impact results in a clear and succinct manner and communicates outcomes to various levels of the organization. Ensures that optimal processes and procedures are enabled and consistent across the team. Ensures that data to support programs or solutions is accurate and complete. Creates and maintains surveys and follow-up evaluations for programs that help gather critical feedback for process improvement and optimal outcomes. Reviews, evaluates and reports program effectiveness and critical outcomes. Focuses in one or more of the following areas: Learning Technology, Learning Evaluation and Measurement and/or Workforce and Cultural Engagement. JOB SUMMARY
Coordinates projects and programs in the department with occasional guidance. Supports and manages programs, events, initiatives, consultants and team with project management, scheduling, evaluation to ensure effective outcomes and optimum experiences for customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support to project teams in one or more of the following areas: Learning Design, Learning Development, Learning Technology, Classroom and Virtual Facilitation, Learning Evaluation and Measurement and/or Workforce and Cultural Engagement.
  • Ensures the proper communications, systems technology, equipment and facilities to support department events and solutions.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

  • Training Needs Analysis (Fundamental Awareness): A process of collecting information about a proposed learning program.   • Project Management (Novice): Planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
