Detailed Job Description Athletic Performance Specialists are responsible for designing and implementing individualized training programs for athletes of all ages and abilities. They assess the athlete’s physical abilities and develop a program that is tailored to their individual needs and goals. They also monitor the athlete’s progress and make adjustments to the program as needed. Athletic Performance Specialists may also provide nutritional guidance, injury prevention advice, and mental performance coaching. Job Skills Required
