Momento USA is a global technology consulting, talent acquisition, and creative development firm that addresses clients' most pressing needs and challenges. We are currently looking for System Administrator - Operating System.


Title: System Administrator - Operating System


Location: New York, NY USA Remote Role


Duration: 6 months plus


Job Summary


Maintain, upgrade, and manage software, hardware and networks of a company or organization, making sure that its technological infrastructure is running properly.


Primary Responsibilities: Install and configure software and hardware. Manage network servers and technology tools. Set up accounts and workstations. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. Upgrade systems with new releases and models. Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies Qualifications: Experience with some level of systems administration. Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management. Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery. Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language. Familiarity with Windows OS and the following

Windows Server Admn & Patching

Core Services integration


Change Mgmt


Liaison with Corp DTS Workspace team


EUC devices (laptops, PDA), Azure Citrix VDI


EUC Windows OS Upgrades


EUC Softwares & Packaging


EUC VPN connectivity & Zscaler configuration


SSO - AD groups/Okta groups/LDAP groups


Infra Sharepoint site mgmt


Manage Infra communications


Administer GitHub/SNOW/CMDB


NAS file systems
