Job Details


The Trailhead Academy Learning System Operations team is focused on driving operational efficiency and scaling the business through time-saving automations and standardized programs and processes. As a Learning System Operations Manager, this individual will play a critical role in building and managing training products and functionality that scale to meet the learning enablement demands of our growing ecosystem.


Responsibilities


  • Run and maintain reports and build dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Engage and enable stakeholders on new features, enhancements, and workarounds.
  • Facilitate and provide timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
  • Respond to, troubleshoot, and monitor overall inquiries, and prescribe scalable recommendations based on trends and business needs.
  • Oversee and facilitate data migration efforts across all lines of business.
  • Excel in both written and verbal communication with your scrum team, customers, and leadership.
  • Define, develop, maintain, and communicate documentation for core technologies processes globally.
  • Collaborate with operations, delivery, curriculum development, marketing, sales, legal, localization, security, architecture, engineering, support, and program partners in coordinating the delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrate understanding of internal and external stakeholders, and have open and trusted lines of communication with them.
  • Identify customer need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and drive adoption across teams and geos.
  • Oversee testing to validate new features, bug fixes, or new technical initiatives.
  • Quickly demonstrate awareness and command of policies, processes, and programs for Trailhead Academy and Salesforce.


Required Skills/Experience


  • Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience with agile/scrum development methodologies
  • Able to put their hands-on experience to use and work as an individual contributor
  • Experience with Salesforce is required
  • Must be able to think critically and problem-solve under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven track record to demonstrate success through measurable outcomes
  • Self-starter who can identify gaps, be masterfully resourceful in problem-solving, and take action with minimal oversight
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate well with business as well as technical audiences. Able to write clear, concise documentation and user stories. Good presentation skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to all audiences.
  • Make decisions based on business need
  • 5-7 years of experience implementing technology-based solutions for real-world business issues

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,400 to $150,500.


For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,300 to $180,500.


For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,300 to $180,500.


For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,400 to $165,500.


Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
