Meet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development

Supports facilitation of answer validation sessions for fully defensible and aligned assessments as directed by the Training Program Manager

3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning using multiple media.

Some experience using e-learning tools (i.e. Articulate, Captivate) to create training content

Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare, Science, Business Management, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the following fields: Coordination, Logistics, Strategy or Project Management required
