Learning And Development Analyst

Advanced Resources has an immediate opening for a Learning & Development Analyst to support our client in the Chicagoland area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of learning management system (LMS) experience.

Summary

The Learning & Development Analyst provides project management and technical support for organizational-wide education. The ideal candidate demonstrates an aptitude for learning new technologies, a continuous improvement and process efficiency mindset, strong organization, communication, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and communicates with key learning and development stakeholders (ex: course owners, subject matter experts) in a clear and timely manner
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Supports the continuing education credit application and implementation process to provide credit for select courses required for individual license renewal
• Provides system and process trouble shooting support and coaching to staff
• Project manages the planning and implementation of organizational-wide education, organizing and collaborating with key partners and stakeholders
• Performs job functions adhering to our core principles of leading with integrity, championing equity, and committing to discovery
• Collaborates with multiple partners to manage training records in the learning management system (LMS)
• Recommends and supports implementation of process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance the learner or end-user experience
• Supports the development and maintenance of mandatory education courses by communicating, contracting, and overseeing workflow with established learning vendors
• Analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and report on training completion status for senior leaders, stakeholders, and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong customer service experience required, and previous experience with Service Now, shared mailbox, or another helpdesk model desired
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with learning system technologies
• Must be comfortable learning new technology applications, problem solving with peers and/or teaching others to use the applications
• Formal project management experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent organizational skills to complete and drive work forward on a set schedule
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Ability to listen, process information and respond effectively in meetings with multiple customers
• Previous experience working with Microsoft applications such as Excel, SharePoint, Forms, Word, and PowerPoint
