HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Content Design & Development – If you’ve got a creative streak when it comes to putting content into creative formats, this may be the job for you! Creating learning content with a focus on commercial topics (i.e., sales & category management) will be key to your success. You’ll develop job aids, create microlearning videos & audio learning content using software programs such as Camtasia, Easy Generator, Woo clap, and more.
  • Business Support – By meeting with sales leaders you will share Learning & Development (L&D) curriculum and help to ensure the programs are assigned appropriately to their teams. You’ll work closely with sales leaders to ensure their teams are properly enrolled in appropriate learning programs (e.g., onboarding, micro-learnings, virtual, instructor led programs). This position will make sure communications & materials are tightly aligned to the business and the leaders.
  • Project Management – With your can-do work ethic, you’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to offer input on new learning programs and executing existing core programs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring key timelines and milestones are met, while being agile enough to adjust to business needs.
  • Learning Management & Analytics – You’ll follow your nose like Toucan Sam to track and measure learning performance, utilizing the Kellogg Learning Management System. And, you’ll utilize surveys to create an environment of continual improvement.
  • Training & Facilitation – Enjoy public speaking? We hope so, because in this role you will facilitate learning programs in a classroom environment or virtual online class sizes ranging from 12 to 150 people. You’ll also be responsible for preparing pre-facilitation materials, communication, scheduling and coordination activities for sales learning programs.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Experience using Easy Generator or other rapid development tools, as well as the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in sales or a learning function and project management
  • Strong oral presentation or public speaking skills
  • Experience with using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Passion for learning or developing other people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience facilitating training programs & classroom environments
  • Experience using, Camtasia, iMovie or other video editing programs
  • HS Diploma required, BA/BS degree preferred
