Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Learning & Development Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Learning & Development Manager forms part of the People & Culture team and is the leader for all things training. Although based in People & Culture, this role forms an important piece of our Operational team as well. We are looking for a passionate and innovate individual to take this role.

Responsibilities

- Organize and facilitate all on-boarding programs, to include orientation and ensuring that new employees are welcomed to the Four Seasons.

- Systematically analyze the Resorts training needs and deliver relevant learning, plan and coordinate the production of departmental training plans.

- Coordinate with the leadership team on training plans and learning needs, acting as an internal consultant.

- Develop creative and innovative training programs.

- Support the People & Culture team in tasks when needed

- The Learning & Development Manager will report to the Director of People & Culture, ensuring to relay progress and needs.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

-Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

-Some travel may be required.

-Applicants are highly recommended to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management or Training.

-A Hospitality Management or Human Resources Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience.

-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
