ABOUT THE POSITION

Summary

As a Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and success by nurturing a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Your impact will be instrumental in shaping and executing learning strategies that empower employees to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities, fostering a highly skilled and motivated workforce. Leveraging your expertise, you will design and implement comprehensive learning programs, identify skill gaps, and utilize innovative training methodologies to address specific needs across all levels of the organization. As a key facilitator of growth and performance, you will contribute significantly to the firms ability to adapt to evolving challenges, improve overall efficiency, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Administrative Responsibilities
  • Creating and Maintaining Training Tech Platforms and Tools (LMS365, etc)
  • Training Events Hosting and Coordination
  • Developing and Maintaining Training Program
  • Orientation and Onboarding of New Hires

WHO WOULD DO WELL IN THIS POSITION?

Knowledge & Skills

  • 3-5 years of learning & development content creation experience
  • Experience in LMS quality control for all subject matter expert content creation
  • 3-5 years of learning & development program creation and management experience
  • Experience in new employee orientation and onboarding training

  • Must have a positive attitude in day-to-day interactions
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with little oversite or direction
  • Must be proactive/assertive in identifying training needs or control
