We are seeking and L&D Specialist to join our team! As a Learning and Development Specialist for Everstory Partners, you will identify the performance, skills, knowledge, and information gaps of your targeted audience and create, select or suggest learning experiences to fill this gap. By using excellent interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills, you will be able to combine text, images, video, and audio into a variety of learning styles to ensure effective and appealing transfer of knowledge, skills, and competencies. The position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Bensalem, PA.

The Impact You Will Make
- Any other task or projects assigned.
- Apply industry best practices using instructional, video and visual storytelling trends.
- Create supporting material and media (audio, video, role-plays, scenarios.)
- Maintain LMS and content library of assets.
- Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of courses such as knowledge checks or quizzes.
- Maintains project documentation, including milestones, deliverables and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on the design and development of training content by consolidating input from subject matter experts (SMEs), written materials, interviews etc.
- Design compelling training modules, participant and facilitation guides, exercises, graphics and structured learning experiences.
- Work with the L&D team, SMEs, Leadership and other company resources to produce draft and final versions of content.
- Track and report training outcomes.
Education and/or Experience:
- 4-year bachelor's degree in instructional design, communications, business, or similar field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Qualification Requirements:
- Ability to write effective instructional text, audio and video scripts
- Minimum of 2 years in instructional design or delivery of learning and development programs
- Training and curriculum planning skills
- Proficient with Creator Platforms and Learning Managements Systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office.

- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and flexibility in a busy office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to comfortably interact with large groups of employees, including frontline team members through executive leadership;
- Effectively and quickly completes tasks and assignments and meets deadlines.
- Adheres to industry best practices and standards when developing learning and development solutions.
