Job Description

An exciting biotechnology company specializing in cell and gene therapy is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support their growing team. The ideal candidate for the role will have an enterprising mindset that will help move forward the development of the organization. This role will be a hybrid position, working onsite during the core days, Tuesday-Thursday.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides insight and analysis on competitive market trends along with financials.
  • Assist in leading an organization’s growth and development activities.
  • Help identify, evaluate, and cultivate business opportunities and relationships, and oversee the process.

Qualifications:

  • Adaptability, flexibility and teamwork
  • Bachelors degree or higher, required
  • Cell biology/Cell therapy/pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience is NOT required, but would be desirable
