CB Client Onboarding – Onboarding Development Specialist, VP (603)

Role Summary:

The Onboarding Development Specialist team is accountable for the education of Middle Market Onboarding Specialists as it relates to the end-to-end delivery of Treasury Services Solutions. The team will carry the vision, strategy and culture of the onboarding organization forward through the delivery of individualized education plans. This individual will be responsible for assessing the needs and development goals of both new and existing employees. Engage for the removal of roadblocks to success across all functions of onboarding. Partner with Middle Office Practice Leadership and Field support to ensure alignment on overall training/education strategy and execution

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create Education Plans for Treasury Services products and processes
  • Attend client calls in support of newer Onboarding Specialists
  • Determine tools employees need to be most successful
  • Participate in the ongoing delivery of education plans for new and existing employees
  • Have responsibility to market-aligned onboarding specialists by way of assigned buddy/mentorship
  • Determine the most effective delivery methods for various locations nationwide
  • Be a role model. The Onboarding Specialist position is more than managing an implementation, it’s about being the client’s consultative resource at JPMC. It’s about owning the client experience end-to-end. In addition to the process and systems, you will be responsible for helping to establish the ‘end-to-end care’ culture

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar experience and motivation to set appropriate expectations with every engagement
  • Comfort in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Appreciation for being a ‘keeper of our brand’
  • Ability to clearly communicate, partner and influence - leading others to a common goal
  • Willingness to travel, less than 25% of your time
  • Experience with the onboarding of JP Morgan Treasury products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts /Bachelor of Science degree
  • Previous training/education experience
