Our Newest Opportunity:
The Lead Business Analyst is a senior operational subject matter expert (SME) within the Platform Solutions team. This key role will lead requirements across multiple business groups involving a diverse set of stakeholders leading to the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives at OneDigital. The Lead Business Analyst will facilitate and validate solution delivery across several products that include Salesforce, finance, marketing, reporting, analytics, and compliance. The Lead Business Analyst will act as a critical advisor to the team, providing deep functional expertise in the work plan, standards, processes, and change management efforts. The Lead Business Analyst shapes leadership and stakeholder expectations and scope related to our product and related projects. This person must have a broad knowledge of industry best practices and be able to proactively identify potential project risks in order to advise and consult with stakeholders on risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
The Lead Business Analyst will also work directly with the Product and Platform Solutions teams to ensure the projects / enhancements are on track through attendance of standups and other Agile ceremonies. In addition, the Lead Business Analyst may be asked to run these ceremonies directly for some of the teams.
Lead Business Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Create and evaluate monthly project performance reports.
  • Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within our Platform Solutions applications.
  • Help to resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) through interactions with stakeholders to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
  • Assist in meeting coordination, documentation, follow-ups, summaries, and action items to provide clear ownership and accountability.
  • Identify innovative ways to increase stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, the business and IT groups.
  • Collaborate with Platform Solutions, Product, and other internal teams to ensure that product development stays on track.
  • Build and maintain relationships with and articulate technical concepts to key stakeholders.
  • Support Platform Solutions initiatives by maintaining and updating project requirements and ensuring that targets and deadlines are met.
  • Create artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, and process flows.
  • Support IT teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions.
Lead Business Analyst Requirements:
  • Ability to lead others to articulate additional possibly hidden needs.
  • Ability to support change and impart value within an organization.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proven experience working with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Agile methodology, preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT, or any related field, nice to have.
  • Excellent organizational experience, professionalism, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor communication to different audiences, such as management, stakeholders, users, SMEs, developers, and others.
  • Ability to manage work on multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
