You in the Customer Service/Fulfillment Lead role (or Lead in Training) are Critical to Our Success. What we need from you to drive our mutual success:


  • Develop and maintain your own proficiency, and that of the team, in all equipment and machinery in the store.
  • Live out Instant Imprints values with customers and team members.
  • Create and manage a production schedule, utilizing our ShopVox technology platform, that drives maximum efficiency.
  • Coach and train team members, on an as needed basis, to ensure they have the tools and information needed to exceed company goals and perform their work.
  • Learn the quoting and material/product sourcing processes in order to ensure that you are able to step in and help as needed.
  • When required, lead assigned team members with passion and enable the store to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual objectives
  • Complete all other assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Partner with the sales and design teams to execute the in house and outsourced production process across our product offering in a way that supports our rapid growth, creates exceptional customer experiences, maximizes accuracy and efficiency, drives operational excellence and builds an exceptional culture for our team.
  • Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames by effectively planning and managing workload, rushes and key client priorities.
  • Connect and serve new customers in person, on the phone, via text and via email. Serve existing customer needs via the same channels.
  • Lead independently, self-manage, make smart decisions and proactively address issues in a professional manner.


This Customer Service/Fulfillment Lead role has the potential to evolve into a Store Leadership position. The Store Leader will:


  • Own responsibility for all functions and services provided by the store.
  • The store manager will be a dynamic leader who creates a culture of teamwork and results. They will obviously be able complete all tasks throughout the store, empower leaders and team members, lift up to 55 pounds, travel as required, be an exceptional communicator.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain all store processes and procedures, while managing accounts receivables, inventory, reports, daily sales recaps, bank deposits and more.
  • Execute our outside and inside sales strategy.


Your Exceptional Qualifications For This Role


  • 1+ years of related (ex. retail, print shop, graphic design, sign production or embroidery) experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to function both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to meeting or beating deadlines.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, via email and text
  • Strong communication (written/verbal) and people skills.
  • Capable in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Passion for working with people to get results.
  • Ability to spend hours at a time on your feet.
