Reports to: Walmart Digital Accelerator

Job Summary

The eRetail Assistant Manager willcontribute to the L’Oreal CPD Walmart business by identifying, measuring, andmonitoring key performance indicators and developing recommendations that drivepositive business outcomes. As the eRetail Assistant Manager, you will supportthe Digital Accelerator and Online and Offline (O+O) teams through timely andaccurate new item set up support, existing item maintenance, key collaborator/facilitatorfor agency directed task, providing training and knowledge sharing, digitaltool reporting and development, and by identifying and implementing content andassortment optimizations to improve customer experience and conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITIONINCLUDE, BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO:

Item Set-up and Ongoing Maintenance

• Help manage and collaborate on internal digitaltool development and enhancements
• Help to resolve Walmart product detail page relatedissues
• Help monitor and maintain the digital shelf for allCPD items
• Assist and monitor progress and accuracy related tonew item set up and existing item updates
• Help manage and monitor agency directed task
• Variation management, findability, pricing, unit ofmeasure issues, etc.
• Troubleshoot potential opportunities as it relatesto item availability on site
• Images, Video, Copy, Attribution, Below the Fold Content & Ratings and Reviews

Reporting

• Walmart Content Scorecard and manage necessary updates to achieve internal and customer goal of 95%+ content quality score. In addition, help monitor and report content synergies between internal systems and the Walmart .com platform
• Assist in the development of digital reportingdashboards to help accelerate our business with Walmart and better support ourO+O teams.
• Assist Digital Accelerator with reporting relatedto business opportunities and progress through regularly scheduled and ad hocreporting.
• Leverage digital tools to inform content updatesand opportunities

Qualifications/Experience

• Interactseffectively with others and can prioritize task when needed

• Data Reporting Tools (i.e Nielsen, Rakuten, PowerBI)
• Digital Tools (i.e. Salsify, Syndigo, Bazaarvoice, SkuNinja, etc.)

• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Walmart Tools (Brand Portal, Retail Link, Item 360etc.)
