Lead Product Manager, Gridwise Analytics (B2B)

Growing to possess one of the largest gig-driver networks in the mobility industry has enabled Gridwise to amass the most comprehensive gig mobility dataset in the industry and capitalize on a $50B data-as-a-service opportunity through Gridwise Analytics.

Gridwise is on its way to becoming the de facto operating platform for gig drivers and offer solutions that empower the entire ecosystem with solutions built to improve the way people and goods move.

The role

Gridwise is seeking a Lead Product Manager as our first hire for our enterprise product team. This individual will drive the product roadmap for our rapidly growing data product line, Gridwise Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for holistically defining the product strategy and building new products from the ground up.

You’ll partner closely with the Gridwise business team and spend meaningful time with current and prospective customers. You will leverage data to identify and test strategies that advance product-market fit and growth, and work with tight-knit cross-functional teams to deliver. As a technical thought partner to engineering, you’ll drive executional efforts to build modular and configurable platform solutions that deliver to customer needs.

What You're Responsible For

• Proactively gathering feedback from current and/or prospective customers to inform your decision making
• Collaborate closely with customers, corporate partners, engineers, data scientists, and marketers.
• Building the Gridwise Analytics product playbook, and the team surrounding it, from the ground up.
• Working directly with the executive team to ensure the success and growth of the Gridwise Analytics platform
• Be the company’s go-to expert and internal evangelist for Gridwise Analytics.
• Balancing the needs of all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, technical robustness, and product line profitability.
• Developing product strategy with cross functional teams, build the enterprise data product roadmap, and own the execution of both.

What We're Looking For

• A track record of building 0-to-1 enterprise products, launching, and scaling successfully with large enterprise clients.
• Experience with building external facing data products, including data licensing, data-as-a-service, or competitive intelligence products.
• Strong business sense, intellectual curiosity, and subject matter expertise in the complexities of the data ecosystem, and a strong understanding of the target market segments.
• Deep experience in driving Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams in developing data platform solutions.
• High energy with an ability to keep pace with incoming feedback form multiple customer segments and industry verticals.
• Track record of success working cross-functionally in influencing teams, building stakeholder trust, and getting executive buy-in.
• 6+ years of experience in product management with a focus on enterprise data products. Experience owning a meaningful data product is a must; experience leading a small team of PMs is preferred.
