We’re looking for talented, entrepreneurially-minded and data-driven people who also have a passion for helping people do what they love.

About the Role:

As a Lead Product Manager for our Supply Lifecycle team, you will be responsible for the Tasker mobile application and the tools our Taskers depend on to do their job. You’ll develop product area strategy, vision, and roadmaps by compiling and analyzing customer feedback, app usage, market research, and competitive analysis to drive compelling mobile experiences for our Taskers. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, and lead a cross-functional development team to execute and deliver positive results and outcomes.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about Taskrabbit, marketplaces, and the sharing economy, has experience shipping impactful products, and has led cross-functional teams to success. This candidate must also be personable, collaborative and flexible, with the drive to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external. You will have a significant impact on Taskrabbit and the customer experience of our Taskers across two continents and multiple countries.

What You'll Work On:

  • Lead the development of features and experiences that are critical to ensuring high customer satisfaction and, over time, increase repeat use of Taskrabbit
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & supply health, and identify areas of opportunity to optimize them
  • Manage multiple products and priorities, and ensure your team is effective, healthy, and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals
  • Drive product definition in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science, User Research, and key business and operational stakeholders to deliver customer and business value quickly, with an eye toward balancing short term improvements and longer term investments.
  • Own our Supply side of the marketplace, covering the entire funnel, including onboarding, engagement, performance, and retention
  • Develop and deliver the roadmap for our Tasker app and work closely with Data Science to optimize every step of the user journey
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and owning pre and post-launch execution.

Your Areas of Expertise:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years in the product management field.
  • You're an excellent collaborator and communicator who gathers input from many sources and distills into a clear action plan, making and communicating trade-off decisions along the way.
  • You inspire your teams, giving them context and focusing them on clear, ambitious goals. You’re comfortable driving urgency and leading a team to quick, impactful decisions to achieve those goals.
  • You’re entrepreneurial and have a strong bias for action and results. You leverage the strengths of your team and stakeholders, and don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves.
  • 2+ years leading a consumer-facing mobile app, including a solid grasp of the nuance, patterns, and latest trends within each mobile platform
  • You take a hypothesis-driven approach to product development and business growth, and have a bias toward learning through doing. You know how to employ different types of tests to validate ideas before overinvesting in them.
  • You have demonstrated a strong customer focus — doing the research to understand your customers, their mindset, and how your product can help them. You look holistically at the customer journey and deliver top-notch user experiences by partnering closely with design and data science to test and iterate..
  • You have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and the levers available to influence and drive change in business metrics.

You’ll love working here because:

  • Taskrabbit is a remote-first company. We value flexibility and choice but also stay committed to regular in-person connection.
  • The diverse culture. We believe that we make better decisions when our workforce reflects the diversity of the communities in which we operate. Women make up half of our leadership team and our diversity representation is above that of the tech industry average
  • The perks. Taskrabbit offers employer-paid health insurance, 401k match with immediate vesting, generous and flexible time off with 2 company-wide closure weeks, Taskrabbit product stipends, wellness + productivity + education stipends, IKEA discounts, reproductive health support, and more.
  • Care Deeply. We take time to be present and partner with our team and communities.

  • Level Up. We navigate through ambiguity and go the extra mile.
  • Be A Better Neighbor. We build a diverse and sustainable community and encourage all voices.
