About The Role


Here you will join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment to build client relationships and scale up our portfolio. The Key Account Manager is constantly communicating with senior leaders within their portfolio of clients, helping them to get the most out of the platform and their expert relationships. By investing time to understand our core client’s needs, we can consistently deliver high-quality service and develop products that improve the way they gather insights from experts.


A successful Key Account Manager is a highly commercial person who has an interest and a strong skill set in building high-quality professional relationships. If you are someone who is excited by a fast-paced environment and interacting with senior leaders, this is the ideal position for you.


Responsibilities:


  • Negotiate contract renewals
  • Expand user base at current and prospective clients
  • Promote and share new products and services with clients
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Arbolus product and technology teams
  • Managing relationships for Key Private Equity and Funds clients
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
  • Correspond with clients and senior leaders to understand their unique needs


Who You Are:

Requirements:


  • Experience in leading teams and working cross-functionally across various business units
  • Strong academic background
  • 3-5+ years experience in B2B enterprise/software sales or professional services (ex. PE/ Hedge Funds)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
