Arbolus is constantly growing and evolving! As we grow our team, we are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to build and expand our portfolio.
- Negotiate contract renewals
- Expand user base at current and prospective clients
- Promote and share new products and services with clients
- Act as a liaison between clients and Arbolus product and technology teams
- Managing relationships for Key Private Equity and Funds clients
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
- Correspond with clients and senior leaders to understand their unique needs
- Curious and outgoing
- Driven and self-motivated
- Ability to change the status quo
- Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
- Experience in leading teams and working cross-functionally across various business units
- Strong academic background
- 3-5+ years experience in B2B enterprise/software sales or professional services (ex. PE/ Hedge Funds)
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Ability to influence the future of Arbolus
